The Dean Knight Partnership is a unique combination of a regeneration consultancy able to support strategic planning, funding bids, project development and delivery, and an architectural practice specialising in historic building restoration and new development in historic settings.
Our areas of expertise fall into two distinct, but complementary, areas:
Urban Regeneration
As a regeneration consultancy with vast experience in working with local authorities, strategic bodies and communities, we are able to offer advice, strategic planning, project development, commissioning and contracting to urban and neighbourhood renewal schemes. We offer any of these services individually to support our customers' own skills and resources, or as a total outsourced regeneration package.
Historic Building Restoration
Combining an in depth understanding of historic buildings with an appreciation of the requirements of today's residential and commercial occupiers we are able to provide our clients with development solutions that are sympathetic to a building's past whilst meeting contemporary needs. Using traditional architectural design and authentic repair techniques we deliver total restoration solutions, fully project managed, budgeted and implemented by our team of historic buildings experts.
